Founding cohort September 2027
Fifteen places.
Start with a conversation.Apply to Masa Torah, a gap year Israel program for Jewish young men from public high schools with no yeshiva background required.
No Hebrew required. No background required. No idea what a masechta is? Good, that is exactly who this year was built for.
How it works
01
Tell us you are interested
The form below. Fifteen minutes, no fee, no commitment, and it can be him or a parent who fills it in.
02
We call you
A real conversation with the program director. We want to hear what he is looking for before he fills in anything longer.
03
References and a longer talk
Only after we have spoken once. Someone who knows him, and the questions that actually matter.
04
A decision, and a plan
An answer, and if it is a yes, a proper conversation about tuition, aid, and how to make the year work for your family.
Who you will be speaking to
Eliezer Maier Cohn
Program Director
Raised in Overland Park, Kansas and South Florida. Four years in Israel learning and teaching at yeshivas and year programs in Tel Aviv, Tzfat, Beit Shemesh, and Yerushalayim.
The application
Fifteen minutes, and we take it from there.
A parent or the applicant can fill this in. Everything marked optional really is optional: most of the guys this year is built for will leave the shul field blank, and that is entirely the point.
Would rather talk first? Write to office@torahtech.co, or use the contact form. Nobody is going to chase you.
